Please note: Teams from out of town who book with the tournament hotel will be eligible for travel grants. Last year teams who applied received $500. per team. Grants could be larger this year, but you must stay at the tournament hotel.

Hotel Reservations:
- Tournament rates will apply to all team reservations. No other rates or discounts will apply.
- Reservations must be made through Sean Harris
- Room lists must be submitted by November 19
- Cancellations and early departures must be communicated directly with the Sandman Hotel. 24 hours notice is required to cancel a reservation. Please communicate with Sean Harris.
